For Warranty claim: (receipt have detailed information of all products like serial numbers)

- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Carry the faulty product to the nearest service center of HMG IT SOLUTIONS.
- No warranty for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- No warranty on Burn or physical damaged.
- No warranty and guarantee of software installed on PC. Ask for support if in trouble.
- No return of any product. Only service and warranty will be provided for the product if applicable
- If you ask for additional parts of computer and accessories it will cost you extra.
Once your product is received and inspected, we will commit you estimated time of service and we will also notify you after service and warranty to pickup the product from service center. We can Replace and Repair the computer parts according to product status.
